We will once again sponsor the second edition of the largest Ruby event in the Spanish speaking world which will be held October 19/20 in Paseo La Plaza, Buenos Aires.
RubyConf Argentina is a two-day event happening in Buenos Aires focused on Ruby, Rails and modern web technologies related to the Ruby programming language. The event is designed to cover the interests of a wide spectrum of programmers where more than 200 rubyists have the opportunity to attend workshops and talks from recognized speakers. The conference’s aim is to facilitate the integration, collaboration and sharing of experiences among Rubyists around the world.
Last year, one of the speakers was Norman Clarke, principal developer and leader of BVision’s Ruby team. This year, BVision will be once again part of the RubyConf as Silver Sponsor.
“If you live in or close to Argentina and you’re programing Ruby or are just interested in Ruby then this is THE event of the year and you absolutely can’t miss it. Even if you don’t program in Ruby but you do web development or work in a related field then check it out because there is going to be something for people of all different backgrounds and skill levels.” - Norman Clarke, leader of BVision’s Ruby group.
